Maestro Vacations is owned by Steve and Lesley Fagan, both of whom have lived in Tenerife and Marbella for 19 years and bring a wealth of experience to the holiday environment, having worked in the vacation industry for many years.

Steve has spent many years working in resort management in Spain at Four Seasons Country Club, Marbella and Crown Resorts, Calahonda. He was Resort Manager of Palm Beach Club in Tenerife for two years, and has also managed hotels in London and in regional management in the leisure industry in the UK. Lesley spent the majority of her career in teaching both in the UK and in mainland Spain.

The advantage of booking your holiday with Maestro Vacations is that we know many of the resorts we work with intimately. In many cases we have either managed them or lived in the area where the complexes are.  Maestro Vacations is unique in offering this service. We pride ourselves on our personal service, and are always available to speak to our clients personally.
 
Lesley manages the customer service, administration and new business side of Maestro Vacations holidays in Tenerife and is constantly adding to our available inventory of accommodations, which now runs to 1000s of bed spaces per day. We work closely with many major resorts and hotel groups, with many more on the way. 

Due to our close relationships with major suppliers we can now offer our clients a wider variety of destinations, worldwide, including cruises. This has been brought about by the demand for more choice and our clients wanting to return to us due to their confidence in our services.

Along with accommodation we are please do offer flights (ATOL BONDED) through our flight partners, travel insurance, transfers, etc.
