Maestro Vacations Booking Conditions

All bookings accepted by Maestro Vacations are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Prices/Payments
A deposit of 40% is due on making your booking. The remainding balance is due to be paid 12 weeks prior to your travel date.

If for any reason we do not receive the deposit and/or the final payment by their due dates we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and levy a cancellation charge. 

Cheques must be received in sufficient time to allow clearance before the due date. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or bank giro. A copy of the transfer/giro slip should be forwarded to Maestro Vacations. Cancellation or alteration to accommodation bookings
You may give notice in writing to cancel or alter your booking at any time. An administration fee of £20 is payable if the change is acceptable. In the event of cancellation after the booking has been confirmed the following cancellation charges will be applied:

ALL CANCELLATIONS               Forfeiture of deposit

MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR    Deposit plus 30% of total charge

LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR     100% of total charge 

Alterations to bookings: An administration charge of £30 is levied if the reservation is subject to changes.

Accommodation
The accommodation provided is for the sole use of the clients listed on the booking form. All damages breakages and other liabilities incurred at the accommodation will be charged to the clients and must be paid for before departure. Some resorts may require a security deposit, usually in the form of a credit card slip on arrival.

In the unlikely event that the apartment booked becomes unavailable, Maestro Vacations will make every effort to offer comparable or better accommodation than the accommodation originally booked.

Complaints
Should you have any cause for concern during your stay please contact our representative: the phone numbers are in your final confirmation letter.  In most cases such problems can easily be resolved at resort. In the unlikely event that the complaint continues, please contact us directly on (+34) 952 937 476. Complaints cannot be considered upon return to the UK unless the above procedure has been fully followed.
