The motorway N331 lies approx 10 kilometres away from Villanueva de la Concepción with Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda and Malaga easily visited in a day trip. Closer by , the historic town of Antequera (15 km) is well worth a visit.

The cottage, dating back some 100 years, has been totally restored and now reflects all the traditions of Andalucia, but with all modern conveniences. The terracotta floors with white wood beamed ceilings throughout, are complimented by stylish furniture and exquisite fabrics.

The landscaped gardens, with lawned areas and colourful flowers, combined with shaded covered terrace, gives guests an extensive amount of external living space, so important for " al fresco "dining. There are comfortable sun loungers and parasols around the swimming pool, which is heated in the winter months. The accommodation comprises two master bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms. Casa Rosa is approx 4 kilometres away from our award winning hotel, La Posada del Torcal. Staff at the hotel are always on hand to help you with any holiday plans or just to give advice about the area. Villa guests can use facilities at the hotel (at extra cost)

One bedroom having a king size double bed and the other two twin beds ( 105 cm ) each. The salon/dining is the light, airy and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard. There is a separate laundry room, housed in a former stable, just outside the main house. The laundry has washing machine and tumble dryer and a second upright fridge freezer. Nearest shops are to be found at Villanueva de la Concepción - just 6 minutes drive from the house. The village has a wide range of tapas bars, restaurant, chemist, bank and medical centre. For nature lovers, the El Torcal Park is on the doorstep, and close by are the El Chorro lakes and gorge. 45 minutes drive away is Lake Fuente del Piedra, breeding ground to some 5,000 pairs of pink flamingos.
