Winter Gardens is a beautiful complex on Golf Del Sur, Tenerife south, with luxury self catering apartments. Golf del Sur is just 200m from the Atlantic Ocean, promenade and the new San Miguel Marina, where a variety of water sports are available, and scuba diving instruction also. These beautiful, spacious and well designed self catering apartments are fully equipped, including separate kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, and all the usual kitchen appliances expected with this standard of accommodation.

All the apartments have full bathroom plus shower room, even the one bedroomed units. Satellite TV is available in all units and most have DVD/CD players.  The lovely pool area, with separate children’s pool is heated during the winter months and there is a great poolside snack bar. There is a lift to all floors and Winter Gardens apartments are suitable for the less mobile, as there are ramps throughout. For those wishing to hire a car, there is a secure underground car park, and clients can take the lift directly from the car park to their apartment. 

Everything at hand for the discerning holiday maker, especially families, golfers, and bowlers (bowling green on site) is at hand, in a very safe environment away from the hustle and bustle etc of the big resorts along the coast. The well equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room etc is very popular and a brilliant way to spend an hour or two as a break from taking in the sunshine. Billiards/snooker room. Several self service supermarkets in the immediate vicinity or just few minutes drive large hypermarket. 

For Golf enthusiasts, Golf del Sur course is just a five minute walk, and Amarilla Golf is also very close. There are several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity, apart from the two on Winter Gardens itself.  Alongside the new marina there are a variety of restaurants open throughout the day from breakfast until late, these are recommended for the peaceful environment, and for dining under the stars, eating al fresco with a glass of wine – bliss! A ten minute walk takes you to San Blas Square and Commercial Centre, where you will find everything you require such as, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, internet cafe, cash points, souvenir shops, duty free goods and live nightly entertainment.  All the various excursions throughout the island can be organised from one of the many specialist shops in the area. 

The bus services to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas leave regularly from outside the complex. As the beach is volcanic, for the best swimming beaches we suggest Los Cristianos/Playa de las Americas (15mins drive). Without doubt it is a must to visit Los Abrigos, a lovely quaint and typical Canarian fishing village where you will find a multitude of fish/seafood restaurants serving freshly caught produce, highly recommended. Los Abrigos is just ten minutes walk along the promenade or a few minutes drive. There is also a weekly market.
