Parque Santiago 3 and 4 are located in an unrivalled ocean front position on the eastern side of Playa de Las Americas, just near the border to Los Cristianos. There is an expansive sandy beach at the front of the Parque Santiago 3 Tenerife complexes and the seafront promenade provides an attractive walk to either Los Cristianos or the centre of Playa de Las Americas. Built in true Canarian style, Parque Santiago 3 and 4 apartments have traditional white washed walls with pretty balustrade balconies, attractive patios and gardens.

Parque Santiago 3 and 4 are by far our most popular resorts, the fact that they're located right on the beach is a great attraction, plus there is now a fantastic children's play area with water slides right on site! Parque Santiago 3 and 4 apartments are all self catering with their own kitchens. However, the array of local restaurants and bars on offer are second to none and at very reasonable prices too. The accommodation at Parque Santiago 3 and 4 is gathered around expansive leisure areas with immaculate tropical gardens.

Parque Santiago 3 reception staffs are available 24 hours a day and can offer excursions to all parts of the island and local advice. Our self catering accommodation offered includes studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and private villas, something to suit everybody. The swimming pool within the Parque Santiago 3 complex is heated in the winter months and is therefore popular all year round as is the joy of eating out or lazing on apartment balconies and terraces in one of the best climates in the world. All linen and towels are provided, except pool/beach towels, however these can be rented from the resort reception.
