The spacious lounge is on the ground floor and comfortably furnished.  There is satellite TV with English Channels. The patio doors open up to the spacious garden which is also south facing, having a lovely sunny aspect. The fitted kitchen has two fridges, a washing machine, microwave, and full oven and hob plus the usual kitchen appliances.

There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor which is en suite to the master bedroom. This bedroom has private sun terrace with sea views. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. The complex of Sunningdale village, being a time share resort boasts a wide array of activities for all age groups and is a short walk to the beach and harbour.
