The bathrooms feature hand painted Andalucian tile work and quality fixtures. The accommodation itself comprises of a spacious salon/dining room with working fireplace. A delightful country style open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, fitted to the highest standards.

Villa Tere enjoys a really spectacular location, sitting on top of a small hill, overlooking the El Torcal Park and surrounding valleys, but access to the house is easy, arriving via tarmac road almost to the imposing iron gates that lead up to the house. The house has a large private garden, with a spreading ancient olive tree providing shade around the barbeque area. There is an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, which has a safety fence at its entrance. Teak wood garden furniture and sun beds are in harmony with the natural beauty of the countryside. Separate laundry room, three double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bath, a further full bathroom and a single room. This is a very special home which will delight the discerning traveller.

Guests at Villa Tere are welcome to take advantage of many of the facilities of the nearby hotel La Posada del Torcal. With tennis court, horses, mountain bikes and massage treatments available, villa guests can have the best of both worlds, privacy and freedom with 5 star facilities close by. Babysitters and more frequent maid service can also be organised via the hotel reception. Please note that the Hotel swimming pool is for the exclusive use of Hotel guests only.
