Everything went off perfectly. We got the room we were looking for 1014 over looking the kiddy area ,perfect for us with 2 small kids. Transfers were spot on and on time. | Dear Lesley, Firstly can I say a really big thank you for the most wonderful holiday, we both agreed it was the best we have ever had in Tenerife. The apartment was by far the best standard we have ever stayed in and I would ask if you could please send us availability dates for next year in the same apartment soonest. We were treated like Kings and Queens from the moment we were met at the airport by Mario a smart young man whose handle of English was better than my Spanish and we have vowed to learn Spanish ready for the next holiday. The apartment was so homely and had all the features of home with no hidden extras including iron, / board, TV, safe, all the little touches such as cleaning materials, playing cards, books, magazines, flowers pictures etc. It was spotless clean and the linen service was so quick, in and out we hardly saw the ladies so a big thank you to them. The complex it self was so meticulously maintained it was almost like living in Tele Tubbie land with not a leaf out of place, the pool was brilliant. It was all just perfect. The complex Staff were friendly and helpful. In fact having talked to some of the residents there we are now looking into seeing about a long term rent within Tenerife Sur. | I had a really wonderful time at Parque Santiago 3. The resort and complex was extremely efficiently run, it was very clean and people so very friendly. The studio apartment was lovely it had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed my stay very much indeed and have nothing negative to say about it, everything was just perfect. | I thought we would let you know that we really loved the Las Calas apartments, and Lanzarote, and will definitely be going back there at some point. We actually preferred Lanzarote to Tenerife, and the apartments were in a fabulous location, immaculately clean and well maintained, and all the staff there were very friendly.Thanks again for your help. | Hi Steve! Well my self and and my friends are just back from an amazing holiday in villa 31 in Parque santiago 3. The villa was fantastic and it was so close to everything. Nothing was wrong with the place and i just cant say enough about it. 2 of the girls hadnt been before and they will definitely go again. At the end of the week i rang the local agent and we could keep the villa for the last day. That made such a difference not having to be out before a certain time. I am so happy that I chose Maestro Vacations and i will be definitely booking again. I would appreciate it if you could e-mail me with any bargains that you might have when they become available. Dear Steve and Lesley, we returned on 13 March from our two weeks at Victoria Court 11. We must thank you most sincerely for providing an excellent base for our holiday. The service from pick-up to departure was first class. Two charming ladies kept providing crisp white sheets and fresh towels. We could have sub-let our patio! The take-away meals served on hot plates from Vicky 11 restaurant were of a high quality and washed down with a good Rioja sitting on our vast patio became the norm. We have just returned from a fabulous holiday from Parque Santiago 3. The whole family enjoyed the hospitality, services, facilities and location of the resort. We must thank you for all your effort to ensure everything went without a hitch. This was my first time for booking online and was very pleased with your service. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, as there were no 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments available as our original request. The apartments were very spacious and clean with large balcony and a nice view and regular maid sevice reception staff were pleasant and helpfull its a large complex but kept well and plenty on your doorstep without venturing into Puerto Del Carmen Centre they enjoyed their stay and thank you again for your help hope to use you again. | My reason for this email is to thank you for suggesting such a wonderful apartment in Parque de la paz in tenerife. We had the best holiday ever, the apartment was absolutely fab, everything from the location to the pool was brilliant. The kids spent the week in the kiddies pool as it was like being in a warm bath, absolutely ideal. The bar food served fab lunches so we literally didnt have to move from the pool are at all during the day. Our apartment was on the ground floor and very spacious and the kids had their own little playarea right outside our terrace. To make it even more perfect the weather was perfect with blue skies and sunshine...i even manage to get myself a tan! | Hi Lesley, Would just like to say we had a lovely holiday in Tenerife. We've booked through you three times, staying in the San Marino, Cristian Sur and this time we were in the Tenerife Sur. I have to say, this was our favourite and will definite go there again. Lovely apt, nice to have a free safe and Sat. TV. Pool and gardens were kept spotless (staff were cleaning every morning!). Bearing in mind how nervous i was when booking this way for the first time everything went so smoothly, I dont think i will ever be booking a package holiday again. The Parque Santiago III was a splendid place, very clean and the gardens were well kept, it was just superb. We had a fabulous holiday. The accommodation was second to none. Denia was a great location and I felt it was more in touch with the Spain away from the Costa's. | Villa Tabaibal Easter 2006 Sent: Monday, April 24, 2006. Dear Lesley, just a quick note to thank you for saving our holiday at very short notice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Tabaibal on the banana plantation although the weather, as is typical on the north side, was not always as kind as it could have been. We had some good days though and we were well placed for some visits. The agents there (we were met by Ana) gave us some very good restaurant tips in their printed material. All of my meals out were terrific. The apartment in Golf Del Sur was also great and we would have had an enjoyable time there had no other villas been available but we prefer a bit of solitude and, perhaps uniquely for me, being that close to the airport reminded me too much of work. If you ever need a reference for a potential client who is not too sure about internet bookings, please give them my contact details and I will reassure them that they are in safe hands. As you will be aware, I booked an apartment in Tenerife at the 11th Hour (less than 48 hours to departure) and everything was in place when my wife and her friend arrived down in location. Although they encountered one or two minor problems with the apartment upon arrival, those issues were immediately resolved and without any fuss whatsoever. This is the second time that I have booked a Tenerife apartment holiday through your company. I would wish to say that I have experienced great service from Maestro on both occasions now. | Dear Steve and Lesley, Just wanted to say thank you for a great Holiday at Parque Santiago 3 in Tenerife. There was 8 of us staying there in 4 Studios. I took my mother who is disabled and had not had a holiday abroad for 20 years. She had a holiday of a lifetime. The facilities both on the complex and in Tenerife are amazing for people in wheelchairs. I actually hired a motorbility scooter out there and the ground floor studio we had was perfect for her. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, Parque Santiago is very pretty and everyone is very friendly, we all had the perfect holiday due to the help and advice of Steve and Lesley at Maestro Vacations. | Dear Lesley. Ray and I felt we must write and thank you for all the arrangements you made for the wonderful holiday we have just spent at Club Vista Serena, Maspalomas in Gran Canaria. Our stay was from 14 to 28 September, in Apartment 13B. The staff at Vista Serena were so friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was wonderful. The taxi was awaiting us on arrival from Gatwick which then whisked us to our holiday destination. We had a wonderful time, and really love Maspalomas and Gran Canaria in general. Puerto de Mogan was a real favourite, plus the walks to Faro Maspalomas and strolling along the beach through the water. We only requested either but ended up with both! | Dear Steve. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Maestro Vacations for taking the care in ensuring our special needs were catered for. We will definitely be using them again when we next visit Tenerife. I would just like to say how much we really enjoyed our recent holiday at Parque Santiago III in June – we loved it - and are looking forward to going back again in October definitely 10 out of 10. We had super weather, the apartment was lovely with maid service every day and the pool area was kept spotlessly clean with really hard working staff always on hand. Also easy access to the promenade and lovely beaches. A very good supermarket is just across the road and ‘ Harrys Bar ’ in the Safari Centro nearby was a favourite place of ours to sit and enjoy cocktails whilst watching the musical fountain. There is something for everyone here. As my husband is a wheelchair user, holidays can sometimes be difficult for us, but the surrounding area was nice and flat with lifts and stair lifts to some restaurants which was great. The only comment I would make (to fellow wheelchair users) is that unfortunately there is no lift to the lower ground floor to enter the complex so you do rely on the escalators. There are slopes to gain entry but they are quite steep, but saying that people are always ready to help. Regards, Marilyn Smith. |

Our apartments the Parque Royale were a home away from home and had excellent views just as your website suggested. We could not fault our holiday at all, from the time we got to the airport, the flight, the airport transfers to our apartment which were included and we had no horrible coach ride to put up with, the only horrible thing was having to come home at the end of our two weeks. We have started as early as February to try and secure accommodation and suitable flights. We have been messed about by so called' travel agents' who don't seem to listen to what you are saying. | Hi Lesley, feel free to upload my comments to your testimonials page. Amy's transplant is on what I describe as a short, "long-finger". For as long as she is as well as she is, the surgical team in Newcastle are happy to leave her body recover from the ravages of the last two surgeries (Nov/Dec '05 & June/July '06). How she survived those two jobs is well beyond the expectation of all the medics. To think that on the evening of June 12th '06 we were told that she would not last the night, and that any family that wanted to see her should get on a plane to Southampton that evening.......it certainly contradicts what you see in the enclosed photos. Amy is the taller of the two girls. Sarah is 6 and Amy was 10 on Feb 13th. Once again, a big "Thank You" for all your help in making a dream come true. Love and regards from all here. | March 23rd 2004. Dear Venita. We have recently returned from our holiday in La Pinta Hotel Costa Adeje and I just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed it. The hotel was fine and we actually changed our evening meal for the lunch, which was really superb. The only dis-appointment was that when booking the holiday I asked if the apartments could be near together and they said that wasn't possible, but I know these requests cannot always be fulfilled. Our room was situated very nicely facing the beach on the 3rd floor so we were very happy with that, but our friends did not have a nice view. Still you can't win them all. Anyway many thanks for your help in organising the holiday for us, we hope to go back in November so will be in touch with you later to see if we can do another good deal!. | In August 2005, we e-mailed the Panorama Holiday Complex in Tenerife , after a recommendation from friends, to enquire if they had any vacancies. Our friends always book through travel agents, but due to our heavy work schedule, we have very limited time to spend during normal working hours window shopping for holidays. In the past we had also spent long hours in front of the teletext searching for the right holiday, only to find that when we found what we were looking for, it was not available and there were also many hidden costs. Steve and Lesley Fagan from Maestro vacations contacted us via e-mail to inform us that not only could they supply us with accommodation for our chosen holiday, but they would sort our flights out as well. Three e-mails later, the holiday was booked and paid for, all from the comfort of our home, and time wise, twenty minutes overall, which included filling in the booking form. We had a fantastic no-hassle holiday thanks to Maestro Vacations. In May 2005, again we contacted Steve to enquire to vacancies at the same complex, but this time travelling within seven days. Once again, Maestro Vacations did all the hard work for us, and even upgraded our holiday accommodation at the same price, when they informed us that the Panorama could not fit us in for the full week. This time we stayed at the Club Atlantis, which is in the same resort as the Panorama, and actually next door. Again, another fantastic holiday. We have just booked again with Steve to return to Tenerife in August 2005, and he has even got us flights from Doncaster , which means less travelling to the airport. We would never book another holiday with anyone other than Maestro Vacations, not only do they ensure you get the holiday of your choice, they also guarantee value for money, and excellent service.
